my 2005 elantra GT squeaks when driving on the freeway and turning left and right on a full turn

I relaced all the belts and the power steering belt twice and it still squeaks.

check oil level, is this noise only when the steering is on full lock?

Oil level is good. No,this is not the only noise, car squeaks when first started in the morning, squeaks when driving on the freeway and squeaks when turned fully left or right. Tanks for your replies...
