How often should I change the Power Steering and Fuel Injector fluid in a 2005 Hyundai Elante,with 27000 miles?

Normally the PS fluid is good for 100K or more.

Add fuel injector cleaner to tank monthly, but it is best to buy gas from a station that pumps a lot of gas and gas is added to underground tanks every week.

???? Fuel injector fluid? Someone is pulling your leg. That is gasoline. You replace it every time you buy a tank of gas.

Power steering fluid is typically changed when the pump or rack and pinion is replaced. There is no other scheduled maintenance. If in doubt, look at the recommended maintenance schedules in the owner's manual
