05 hummer sut idle problems

my 2005 hummer h2 sut idles up and down in park and at stops it does the same with a slight foward******** motion at times

Is there a check engine light, or does it have an aftermarket air filter. Have you tried cleaning the throttle plate? Another check would be fuel trim values. If they are indicating lean conditions, the intake manifold gaskets may be leaking.
