Why does my car has unusual sounds when I shift on next gear or if I delay my gear shift? Does it has a problem in clutch? Or in the gear of the transmission ? It's manual transmission ..

The noise comes to the engine but when I shift to 4th gear it's smooth run and gone.. It sounds like its hard to run like its over loaded..
