new cold intake causing problems

I have an 05 civic and i just installed a cold air intake. Now there is a very loud screeching noise coming from under the hood. Its an occasional noise.

We only recommend direct fit parts. However, this shouldn't cause a noise. If it is a screeching noise, the first thing I would check is the belt.
