i have a 2005 honda civic with a manual transmission. when i take off in 1st it starts to stutter. then does the same in second but not as bad. can you help me?

A clutch shudder is a sign of a worn clutch plate , a hot spot on the fly wheel or a faulty pressure plate, basically the clutch take up is not smooth and the shudder is the clutch slipping and grabbing.
