Powersteering Pump

2006 Honda Accord EX already replaced one power steering pump, brought it back under warranty for another one, now the noise and foaming is back again!

Make sure the right type of power steering fluid is being used. If there is a leak anywhere in the power steering system then it can cause the fluid to get low which will cause the fluid to foam and the noise to occur.
These are the first things to check.
