You mean nothing happens when right turn signal is used? Does the lights turn on when hazard lights are operated? If not, you have a wiring fault. If they turn on, it could be a bad multi function switch. But the flasher can cause it as well here is the flasher location in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find.

Just to add to KHLow's post. Turn signal relays are very common on your vehicle. It is located just above the underdash fuse block. It's in the top right corner, it's grey in colour.

Hi Pat11,

The turn signal flasher relay is located in driver side under dash fuse box. It is item # 4 in diagram.

When I changed the bulb in the clock I unplugged the harness for the clock and hazard but when I plugged them back in the turn signals and the hazard lights did not work. I checked the fuses and they were good, what else could it be? All I did was disconnect the two plugs and plug them back in and now the turn signal and hazard lights do not work. Could it be the flasher?

The turn signal flasher is located under the dash on the driver's side of the vehicle. If you look at the attached picture, I highlighted both the flasher and where it goes. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find.
