how do i replace front passenger window glass?

i have removed old broken window and spent 4 hours trying to put the new one on the tracks and install.

is there a trick to it?

The glass goes in usually tilted forward until about halfway, then the back is rotated down. Removing the bolt or screw from the rear track may help. If the front track also has a bolt at the bottom, remove it as well.
