I changed my battery a nd now I have no display lights, radio/ac lights.

Sometimes when battery voltage is lost, the system may need to be reprogrammed? With obd2, I tell everybody to use a memory saver before taking battery or cables loose. Some make and models it may not make any difference. Others, you could have many issues.
