Always when I fill it by petrol we found too much air inside the petrol tank. It take long time to fill it by petrol slowly .

Could be the fuel tank pressure sensor or the vent valve is clogged or just stuck closed.

Since the pressure sensor wouldn't even be active with the key on, you are probably looking at a stuck vent valve or possibly something restricting the fill or vent pipe.
