How do I perform the idle speed relearn procedure for my 2005 GMC Sierra.

I replaced the throttle position sensor and a note in the box said that an idle speed relearn must be performed. I have not been able to find direction on how to do this to my vehicle. Any help is greatly appreciated.

start it up and drive the truck to 40 mph for a few minutes then stop snd see if it idles ok. it should
