Have replaced spark plugs/wires, air filter and serviced transmission, transfer case, and both differentials. WHat other things should I do to keep my truck running optimally for as long as possible? (I bought this truck at 150k and don't think any routine maintenance had been done before)

Just keep the oil changed and you may want to flush and refill the radiator and service the power steering fluid.
