tranny problems

is there anything other than a bad tranny that would cause an 05 windstar to not move maybe a vaccume or sensor?

There are a few things. Make sure the trans fluid is full and clean? If any warning lights have come on, have the computer scanned. There could be a problem with the trans control module. Also, the torque converter may have gone bad.
