2005 Ford Transit Belt That Drives Power Steering Water Pump Snapped On Way

the belt that drives the power steering/water pump has snapped, on the way home the temp gauge went to max then had to limp home with engine cutting out every few yards. Is this ok can i replace the belt myself.
