Code PO1034 Sensor Circuit no activity detected

Sensor Circuit no activity detected, Could you tell me what this exactly means and what I need to do to fix this problem? We changed spark plugs and wires, replaced the oxygen sensor. Please Help!!

That would be a PO134. It means the 0/2 sensor is not generating voltage as it should when it sees a rich mixture. This could mean there is too lean a mixture, a problem with the wiring, PCM or sensor.
