I have a bad miss when the car is sitting still and also it idles up when you first crank it up and it stalls out when you take off on acleration what is causing this is this a bad fuel filter or its clogged up or the fuel pump is bad, please tell me what is going on.

Check for vacuum leaks and check the idle air control valve
