My 2005 Ford Mustang keeps leaking a lot of Coolant, last night i poured a lot of it and i drove it and smoke came out. I think wanna of the hose is loose or i don't know what else it could be?

You need to get a mechanic involved. He will look for where the steam is coming from, then determine how to solve it. A hose clamp could be loose or rusted away. Water pump could be leaking. Head gasket could be leaking. Core plug could be corroded, etc.
