Converting manual to automatic

My Dad Gave me a 2005 Mustang Convertible 5-speed manual But I don't know how to drive a stick. Is there a way to get it changed to an automatic? What would the cost be?

The cost would be probably close to $5000 or more when you include labor. Best thing here is to have your dad teach you how to drive it or someone that knows how to drive it. It's not that hard and it may help you someday.
