Codes P2106 and P061B throttle actuator control system - vehicle straved fuel after 15 to 20 minutes of highway running. Only for a moment and does not shut down and continues. Where is the part located - and/or is this the concern?

The P2106 is the real code the other is set with it everytime. So there is a proble with the Throttle actuator system. So this means it could be the sensors on the top of the throttle pedal inside the car or the throttle motor on the throttle body. A scan tool is required to determine which is the problem. If you have access to a professional scan tool then I can walk you through what to do.
