I need a top rear motor mount. When I Go to order one there is no such thing. Is it known by another name

Second situation my heat switches to high or not at all. Is it the switch or the blower motor?

For your heat check your resistor it may be by blower on right side of dash. Your mount may be the roll resterictor brace which you will need all new bolts for the brace and mount
