I'm receiving codes P2135 and P206 with the wrench symbol and it goes into fail safe engine mode.

I recently replaced the catalytic convertor and was wondering if it could be the throttle position sensor.

2135 indicates fault in TPS and/or circuoit the 206 indicates fault with injector 6
