Aside from ignition and fuel, could also be a clogged CAT.
Do you have a check engine light?

Yes the engine light flashes when this happens. The last 2 weeks I have let petrol run right done before refilling I dont know if this could be the problem.

COmputer codes are stored as error codes, these can be read with a scan tool, all shops have them. They plug into port inside car and retrieve error codes.
Some autoparts atores will do this for free, post codes and we can give you an answer.
