2005 Ford Fiesta not cranking....immoboliser light flashes

Hi ive got a 2005 1.4 petrol ford fiesta.
While i was driving the car just cut out. It does not even wan to crank. The immoboliser light keeps on flashing.
Ive tried disconecting the battery for a full day. Ive checked all fuses. Ive tried locking and unlocking the doors. I even had the guys out to check my key coding. Ive got 2 keys and not one wants to crank the motor.

I hate to say it, but since that light is on, I have to recommend that you take the vehicle to a dealer and have them test the security system to see what is causing the problem.
