The red battery light in my instrument cluster.

The red battery light in my instrument cluster comes on and off for about 5 minutes after starting in cold weather even though it has a new alternator and batteries, is this something that I can ignore since it only happens in the morning at first startup?

HAVE THE WHOLE SYSTEM TESTED AT A POPULAR AUTO PARTS STORE. ADVANCE AUTO PARTS AND AUTOZONE ARE TWO. THE SERVICE IS USUALLY FREE. SEE MY PIC

WHAT KINDA RPMs ARE BEING TURNED WHEN YOU 1ST CRANK IT AND IT'S STILL COLD----WHAT ABOUT AFTER IT GETS WARM?
