can I swap engines

the motor in my 05 ford f-150 locked up and I also have a 2002 ford f-150 and I want to put that motor in my 2005 f-150 is there a way.

Depending on the engine i might have the info on that.So what size engine do you have?Also F150 or F250 you listed both.

4.2 4.6 5.4L?Also is the engine you are replacing the same size?

My mistake the 4.2L is a six cylinder so 4.6 or 5.4L?
