egr valvle system

if too much oil was added during an oil change ,then the truck[ford f-250 6.0]was driven over 300 miles ,could it cause the egr valve system to become clogged

Not a chance EGR is exhaust gas recirculation no connection with lubrication system. They clog up with carbon

It could cause some serious oil leaks in the engine though.
