5.4 Liter, Well this morning it was really hard to start. Runs ok after it gets warmed up. After work it was a little hard to start again.

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up?

Check the idle air control valve, coolant temperature sensor and a fuel pressure check-start here

No light on. Only had truck for 5 months. Only 59423 miles on it. Runs fine idles fine. Dont know about tune up. Before it would start right up. It idled a little fast for a mintue. This morning it turned over a lot before starting. Then kinda of fludder bot it ran fine.
