why seems to Jumps, skip or hop around sm bumps

05 F150 STX fleet side 4x4
seems to jump slid skip or like hop when going over a bump especialy arround a turn or bend in the rode. Scary! but no noises or anthing. Just feels like its outta control and could get sideways
starting at even 35 MPH and up.
