I took my truck to the dealer to have the air bag recall fixed they said they unhooked the battery to do their job which I thought was perfectly ok but now my truck keeps turning off everytime you let off the gas what can cause this please help?

By disconnecting the battery they clears the PCM's adaptive memory and now it has to learn the strategy over again. This should happen within just a few miles of normal driving. If it doesn't, disconnect the battery again and start over.
