So i was driving when i lost all power, not even any lights. About an hour later, car regained power, but when tried to turn over, it was like it couldnt kick over. It sounded like a normal start up, but without actually starting. The engine fail safe flashed on too. We then unplugged battery and cleaned the throttle body. We waited for it to dry. The car then turned over no problem. When we put it in drive, it would go, but not mote than a few miles an hour. Its like it wasnt getting enough gas to actually drive. Could the butterfly in the throttle body be sticking and we just need to replace it. Please help
