harmonic balancer replacement instructions needed

Hi,

Here are the directions for replacing the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer. The attached pics correlate with the directions.

Removal
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the fan shroud.
3. Remove the accessory drive belt.

4. Remove the bolts and position the power steering fluid cooler aside.

5. NOTE: This bolt is torque to yield and cannot be reused.

Using the special tool to hold the crankshaft pulley, remove the bolt.

6. NOTE: If the pulley bolt is not installed, the tool will bottom out before the pulley is off.

Install the crankshaft pulley bolt 2 to 3 turns. Using the special tools and the 2 8 mm bolts, remove the crankshaft pulley.
^ Discard the crankshaft pulley bolt.

Installation

1. Using the special tool, install the crankshaft pulley.

2. Using the special tool to hold the crankshaft pulley, install a new crankshaft pulley bolt. Tighten the bolt in 2 stages.
^ Stage 1: Tighten to 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).
^ Stage 2: Tighten an additional 85 degrees.

3. Position the power steering fluid cooler and install the bolts.
^ Tighten to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.).

5. Install the fan shroud.
