Transmission not shifting into overdrive

Just got the vehicle listed above with a used 5.4 triton 3v. The transmission will not engage in overdrive. Anybody know why? It the fix for the slip into neutral when switching into overdrive since it drives without overdrive.

I have seen the pressure regulating pressure solenoid cause this issue. To be sure lets run the codes and if so I have included the instructions on how to replace the unit in the diagrams below.
