surging and jerking?

it surges like engine lights stays on or flashes when u go fast or pulls when going or going down hills or just on a freeway driving fast and somebody told me its mass air flow sensor or o2 or spark plugs or spark plug wires?

Yes, this can cause the engine o surge, also each of these items are normal service items, here is how to change out he MAF sensor and a video to show how to change out the spark plugs and coils which are done as a set.
