Refer to the "How To" section on our home page. Select it, then look for reprograming the FOB. Let me know if that helps.

First make sure the batter is good. Then make sure it's installed correctly. Also, sometimes the circuit boards crack or the prong that connects the bat to the circuit board will come loose.

I have already tried reprogramming the remote. The door locks and unlocks but nothing happens for the remote.

Reprogramming the remote won't do if it's broke on the inside. That's the next step, inspect the circuit board and connectors on the inside.
Sometimes they can be repaired if you're good with a soldering gun. If not, you'll need to replace it. (Don't forget to check the bat first)
