how can i fix the a/c in my van

i have a 2005 ford e150 econoline conversion van i have been having a/c problems with it the a/c shuts off when you give the van the gas but when you let off the gas pedal it starts to work again can you please help

What are the high and low pressures before and after it turns off?Does the van run hot?
