Hi,

Replacing front brake pads and rotors isn't too hard to do. Since they usually last around 25,000 miles, you can get lifetime parts and never have to pay for parts again.

Let's get started. First, here is a link that shows in general how it's done. You can use this as a guide when working on your vehicle:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-replace-front-brake-pads-and-rotors-fwd

Here are the directions specific to your vehicle. The pics below correlate with the directions.

Removal and Installation
1. Wipe the area clean and remove the brake master cylinder filler cap. Check the brake fluid level in the brake master cylinder reservoir. Remove fluid until the brake master cylinder reservoir is half full.

2. WARNING: If the vehicle is equipped with air suspension, the electrical power to the air suspension system must be shut off prior to hoisting, jacking or towing an air suspension vehicle. This can be accomplished by turning off the air suspension switch located in the luggage compartment. Failure to do so can result in unexpected inflation or deflation of the air springs, which can result in shifting of the vehicle during these operations.

Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

3. CAUTION: Do not pry in caliper sight hole to retract pistons as this can damage the pistons and boots.

Remove the lower brake caliper bolt and loosen the upper brake caliper bolt.
4. Detach the lining from the caliper and rotate the caliper upward.
5. Remove the pads and stainless steel slippers from the anchor plate.
Discard the slippers.
6. NOTE: Use a wood block or used brake pad to protect the pistons and boots.

Using a C-clamp, compress the brake caliper pistons.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir with clean brake fluid. Install the brake master cylinder filler cap.
Apply the brake pedal several times before driving the vehicle.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
