2005 Ford Crown Victoria engine swap

2005 FORD CROWN VICTORIA

swapped the engine with a 4.6 out of a 2004 lincoln towncar went smooth back together it cranks beautifully but wont start checked all fuses and relays went back over made sure everything was connected checked fuel safety shutoff not sure where to go from here read somewhere might have to change harness and pcm any tips or suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Were the 2 engines identical?

Had to swap plenum for original to the town car engine because original was electronic and new was air controlled
