2005 Ford 500 Door handles

3of my outside door handles were yanked off Nd i have been using a string i hooked to the latch to open the door how do i fix them i been looking all over the internet and cant seem to find a solution for my type of model car. I want to do it myself it looks simple in a way but need help

yoiu'll hav eto pull the door panel off on the interior to get outside handle on an doff there are nuts that hold it on and clips that hold door rod to latch they are all the same. see pic.
