2005 Dodge Stratus Wife Ask You This Before Put New Alternator Battery Light

My wife ask you this before, put in new alternator and battery and the light is still on. With the car running the voltage is reading 11 volts which indicate low voltage. The fues have checked okay, Could it possilby be in the computer?

check the two things i have pointed out in arrows. the fusiblelinks could be burnt not letting power through. one is under another box.
