Wheel Nois?

Noise when turning wheel at slow speeds (like pulling out of a tight parking space) and then, when driving at any speed - sounds like a rubber ball on a grooved surface and gets louder the faster I drive. Makes sense that this is a tire issue but could it be anything else more serious?

If the tires are okay, check wheel bearings.
