how can I tell if I need a window motor or regulator?

both driver side windows will not work. rear one falls down and has to be wedged in and the front will not move at all.

teh rear one may be the regulator as well as motor. most of the time they are sold as a unit nowadays, not seperately. the driver door will ahv eto be checked as it cold be a module or switch you need a scanner to test the modules. dorman is a brand name that supplies the auto makers and can be picked up online cheaper than auto parts stores.
