low beam, interior lights, power door locks, and radio quit working all at once.

2005 Dodge Stratus. This happened right after the alternator was replaced. checked the alt fuses and all connections...I was wondering if there is a fusee link that could be blown.

If there are power supply to Fuses # 4, 5, 7, 9 and 11, then it is not a power supply problem. The likely cause would be the Body Control Module.
