My brakes start grinding about 20-30 in town use. In the last 6 months, the brakes padshave been replaced twice, the rotors replaced, the wheel bearings replaced, tie rods adjusted, shoes replaced. Two different mechanics hear the noise, throughly inspected the car, but are unable to find anything wrong. Any suggestions?

That is a big problem with higher quality brake pads because they use harder material and transmit more noise. The clue is the noise will become less severe after the linings warm up. Until then they are prone to squealing too, especially in high humidity.
