RPMS go up without accelerating

The truck stops once I'm slowing down before getting to a complete stop and while stopped the RPMS go up without accelerating the truck. Ive changed the throttle positioning sensor, crank position sensor and the idle control sensor plus cleaned the throttle.

check your fuel pressure then scan for codes. should be 58 psi +-2
