how do i change the serpentine belt on a 2005 dodge ram 1500 pickup truck?

I don't know the litre size of engine. There is a tension pulley, spring loaded, you have to remove tension by rotating tensioner, to slack the belt. If you can give me the engine litre size, I can give you belt routing diagram.
