I started pulling the pan on 4.7 dodge ram. It dropped down a little and stopped. Why won't it come on off

If all the bolts are removed, it should come off. Check to make sure it isn't hitting any of the cooling lines from the trans or parts on the frame. Remove the starter too. (Make sure the battery is disconnected)
