Engine sputters and bogs?

I was driving home and all of a sudden it starts bogging and loosing power causes me to only go 35mph while stuttering. I fixed catalytic but still does it and while idling it sits at 1000rpm

This sounds like the fuel pump is going out which is common, here is how to change it out to help fix the problem. You will need to drain and remove the fuel tank to replace the fuel pump. Here are the instructions to do the job and a video to help you drain the tank.
