One of the back of my wheels is not rolling for some reason, it is a bit stuck.
I left the car at my friend's apt for a month and he said he never drove it.
We assumed that this probably happened because the wheel needs grease but I am not sure.
Please what will you say is wrong with it? because I felt the situation and my friend's claims were a bit strange since I have never seen this happen before.

NORMALLY,

WHEN I'M ASKED YOUR 2ND QUESTION IN YOUR LAST REPLY

THIS MEANS THAT "ONE" IS PROBABLY NOT SO EXPERIENCED IN THE POSSIBLE TASK AT HAND

THIS IS NOT GLUEING YOUR REARVIEW MIRROR BACK ON!

THIS IS YOUR BRAKES/ WHEEL, IF THINGS ARE NOT PERFORMED CORRECTLY -

- YOU/ OTHER FOLKS MIGHT DIE IN AN ACCIDENT!

AS FOR YOUR FIRST QUESTION, PLEASE SEEK OUT LOCAL QUALIFIED ASSISTANCE TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM

PLEASE, NO GITTY MAD AT ME!

PLEASE DO RETURN AND LET US KNOW WHAT THE FIX WAS

NEGATIVE

IT "COULD" BE A BRAKE PROBLEM

OR IT MIGHT BE A WHEEL BEARING AS MENTIONED BY J & N

MIGHT BE OTHER STUFF TOO, LIKE A STUCK EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE, A RUSTED UP WHEEL CYLINDER, STUCK CALIPERS, ETC

(THIS JUST CAME TO MIND) SOMETIMES BRAKE HOSES WILL DETERIORATE INTERNALLY, THEY WILL ACT LIKE "CHECK VALVES" ALLOWING BRAKE JUICE TO GO THRU, BUT NOT BACK UP AS IT SHOULD, WHEN RELEASED. A QUICK WAY TO SEE IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM IS TO OPEN THE BLEEDER VALVE, THEN CLOSE IT BACK, IF THE BRAKE RELAXES BACK INTO IT'S NORMAL POSITION, THEN THE HOSE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED

I'M MORE OF A JEEP GUY, I DON'T KNOW THE "SPECIFICS" OF YOUR NEWER NEON, YOU MAY HAVE CALIPERS ON THE BACK, WHEREAS MY '95 HAS DRUMS

SORRY, I'M NOT TOO MUCH HELP HERE, BUT DO PLAY IT SAFE!

KEEP US INFORMED
