2005 Dodge Neon Parked Stop Light Rpm Slowly 0 Oil Light Comes On Car Turns

When I am parked or at a stop light, my rpm goes slowly to 0 and my oil light comes on and car turns off...what does that mean?

The idle speed is too low. Was the battery recently replaced or run dead? If so, the Engine Computer has to relearn "minimum throttle" before it will know when to be in control of idle speed.
